John K Stuff: Inking Tips: UNDERSTAND the drawing

So, I have taken this picture straight from the blog post. Something to notice is that it is influenced by Harvey Kurtzman (I may have even seen it in Hey Look comics)

I have reconstructed the drawing and have shown my work.

The next morning I saw this

Final Thoughts: I think the final ink was bad because I am using  the Wacom Bamboo. Y'see, I'm much younger than most of the guys who read John K Stuff and I don't have that kind of money (yet).
