CFP is found

 As the poor fuzz poodle goes to recycle himself, he is interrupted by a gunfight. As he runs, he proceeds to trip and fall to unconsciousness. 

The mailbox, which is used to the violent acts of the Ghetto, is not used to the poor toy, lying almost dead on the ground

 With the help of the human hand inside him he notices that it's the toy who's picture has been stapled on his back

 The telephone pole tries to send a message through his wires. Since that doesn't work...

 ...He just calls them over.

 Since tights can't walk properly without somebody in em', this pair clumsily walks and falls like Maggie from the Simpsons (Early episodes only)

The tights jump on the bastard of a toy poodle (That is all).
